Being my first job, I was both excited and nervous, but over time, I’ve gained immense confidence especially through handling audits, which challenged me to stay composed and focused under pressure. The supportive company culture and constant guidance from my HOD and directors have played a key role in shaping my professional growth. One of the biggest transformations I’ve experienced is in my communication skills. Engaging with different teams and participating in audits has significantly improved my ability to articulate thoughts clearly and effectively.
